Based upon my experience with all staff/rep's from Pioneer I am extremely satisfied with their communication skills, knowledge and expertise. A special thank you to Raphael for his patience with me in explaining the entire process of installation of the sump pump. In my personal opinion, Pioneer is a solid, reputable company with professional staff who value their customers needs. Thank you!
