Jamison project manager went out to meet with the clients and to hear out their concerns regarding water in the basement and the mold growth . First project Manager Steve recommend all the moldy finish matter be removed first .

We remove the lower portion of the wall than treated the walls for Mold before applying a moisture vapor barrier ,after that a Grate-Sump sump pump was also installed to pump water draining from the Grate-Drain sub floor Drainage system out of the basement and away from the home. The Grate-Sump is able to pump 2400 gallons of water per hour out of the basement meaning it will keep the basement dry during heavy downpours..This basement has stayed dry through the recent heavy rains ans the homeowner is very happy! Project manager Steve Custus went out to give a free evaluation, and found the best solution for their water issues. The homeowners chose to have the Grate Sump / with a full perimeter Grate Drain (closed) Drainage system that will drain ground water to the new Grate Sump which can handle 2400 Gallons per hour.. we also installed a vapor barrier on the walls that will drain any wall leaks down into the Grate Drain Drainage system . Now this homeowner will receive a healthy basement certificate that's transferable to the next homeowners ..For all your waterproofing needs please give us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing !!

BBB reviews plus the project Manager Dave was very knowledgeable an willingness to answer all of my questions. The Foremen and his crew was hard working efficient, and knew what they were doing. I was very satisfied!

I used Jamison in the past for chimney services so I figured I use them to waterproofed my basement as well and I must say this company is top-notch! Clearly they wanted to make me comfortable than got right to work, They were very professional especially Dave & the Foremen Steve Custus. I was very satisfied.
