Project manger Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowner and after a full basement inspection, Steve recommended a Sub-floor Closed drainage system. The Grate Sump will remove the water from the basement and discharge to the back yard. The Basement professional also recommended replacing the homeowners existing open Sump pump with a new closed Sump pit. The closed Sump pit ‘( Grate Sump ‘ ) will also reduce the humidity in the basement . Now the homeowners finally have a dry basement.Project : manager Steve C Senior Foreman ; Dwight C

The homeowners decided to get a second opinion on the new water problem that occur since they had the first water issue fixed. Project manager Steve Custus came out to talk over things with the homeowners, he proposed extending the existing drainage system to make it a full perimeter system, he also recommended some outside Waterproofing along with Grate-Trench at the two entry's doorways ...Now the homeowners can finally start putting their finish basement back together.

After Crawlspace specialist Steve meet with her , the solutions he provided were a full encapsulation system with dehumidifier we also closed up open vents and we installed a Grate sump pump in the low spot for drainage. Before we were even done you could a big difference and the whole Home as the humidity levels started to drop rapidly. Now that the crawlspace is dry and free of ground water seepage the homeowner just added around 2,000 sq ft of dry useable space .

I chose Jamison because of the ease of working with the staff, the crew was very nice. I truly appreciated the quick remedy of the incorrect placement of my sump pump. I was very happy that a mistake was made at installation and it was quickly fixed without hassle.

Mario was great when he came out to look at our basement. I found Jamison in the Chestnut Hill local. The installation crew was excellent. Steve Custus was a pleasure to interact with. We knew we were in good hands, the project went exactly as he outlined, he is a good listener, Great communicato . Steve really knows his stuff!

One of my neighbors recommended me to Jamison Basement Waterproofing. Steve came out and went over everything with from A-Z and his production crew was Excellent, Professional and Courteous. I was very satisfied, he even offered to do a follow up revisit 30 days after the installation.
