Senior Project Manager Ed Went out to sit down with the clients to hear about all their concerns with their basement. Ed recommend the homeowners reduce the relative humidity in the basement by bring it down below 50% this would make the basement more comfortable and preventing mold growth at the same time .Ed explain how important it is to choose the right size dehumidifier , because of the size of the basement Ed recommended the compact model dehumidifier that covers up to 1700sq . We also closed up the open Sump pit that was humidifing the air with tons of moisture. Last but not least we replaced all the old leaky windows in the basement , because it’s key when trying to condition the air in the basement you keep all outside air out of the space.Crew Foreman ‘ Dwight C

Project Manager Steve went out to meet with the homeowners and proposal the grate drain closed Drainage system with full vapor barrier and a high volume high efficient dehumidifier to approve the air quality throughout the home and reduce the moisture levels in the basement..Senior Foremen Ken McKnight went out with crew to execute the project Managers and homeowners plan to create a healthy basement.. After two long days the job was complete and the homeowners could noticed the difference in the humidity almost immediately . Now they can refinish the Basement without the fear of a wet damp basement ruining things ..
