I wanted to wait until we got the first heavy rain before writing the review. The guys from Jamison were an incredible crew. They arrived on time and were ready to work. Jamison said it would take two days to provide a french drain completely around the perimeter of the basement. Well it took two days. The crew was animated, friendly and very pleasant. the work performed was exactly as stated (no short cuts). And when they were finished I had a completely dry, clean basement. They didn't try to up-sell anything. The reason I didn't give five stars is because I thought the drain they placed both inside and outside the basement door could have been finished better. The drains at the door works as it should, but the outside drain is not flush with the existing concrete (somewhat recessed) which bothers me a little. I've lived in this house for twenty years and occasionally get water. This year's wet fall and winter made me finally decide to do something about it. I should have done this twenty years ago.

We had water seepage coming through one section of our basement wall. Steve did a great job diagnosing the cause and recommending a "good fit" solution. Jamison installed a grate drainage and sump pump system plus a vapor barrier. The crew of Lamier and Nasir was respectful, friendly and efficient, and did a great job. We really appreciated how they protected our hardwood floor and basement carpeting, and then how well they cleaned up afterwards. We had a very good overall experience with Jamison and highly recommend them.

I came home from work in June 2014 to water seeping through my basement walls. Jamison came out immediately gave me options on how to fix it the issue as well as to prevent that from happening again. The work was completed within the allotted time frame with no hidden cost which I appreciated. Everyone has been professional ,friendly and courteous during any communication I have had over 2years. The solution we provided was a full perimeter Grate-Drain closed Drainage system with a new Grate Sump with 24/7 back up inverter. We also installed large grate trench at the belico entry way to protect the Basement from flooding due to water coming in under the door.

Project Manager Steve went out and met with Kim . Steve recommended a closed Drainage system . That will capture water at the floor wall joint and channel it to the existing sump pump . The Grate-Drain Drainage systems offers a life-time warranty that is also transferable to the next homeowners. Now Kim can put her house on the market without fair of losing value because of a wet basement. Problem solved.

We Proposal a closed Drainage system a long all outside walls with a Grate Sump with a entryway drain to capture water coming into the basement from a leaky belico door . Once our project manager showed the client how efficient our drainage system works it was a no brainer that they do business with us . Now the Homeowners have a Dry Basement !

Steve was the project Manager on this one so he went out to meet with Frank . Frank pretty much knew what he wanted so him and Steve came up with the solution of installing Vapor Barrier that will drain down into franks existing systems turning his system into a closed Waterproofing system .

Steve proposed a full perimeter Grate drain drainage system that offers a lifetime warranty and is transferable to the next homeowners. This was key with her putting her house on the market soon. An air-tight Grate Sump pump was installed to replace their open Sump pit hole to go along with a crawlspace encapsulation system with structural repair to turn the crawlspace into dry usable space. By doing so, Mrs Opalisky turned 2000 sq feet into Dry usable space, therefore uping the value of her home.
