The Jamison basement waterproofing crew went out to cut a new window into the foundation and than installed a new vinyl sliding window along with a metal window well and cover on the exterior, to prevent the window from flooding we install a window well drain that was tied into the existing waterproofing system below the basement floor to ensure this window well never takes on water ….

We Installed a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a sealed full perimeter GrateDrain ( drainage system ) with inspection ports throughout the entire system . . We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump and a high water alarm . The solution will give the homeowner a lifetime warranty from ground water-seepage for the life of the home ..

We provided the homeowner with a code compliant egress escape window with a well for an easy escape in the event of an emergency. The new egress window will also allow a lot more sun light into the new finished basement.

We installed 2 Grate sump pumps with full Grate drain-drainage system and full vapor Barrier to ensure her that she never has to worry about a wall leak again getting on her basement floor for a complete system . The Basement is now ready to be finish now that she has a lifetime warranty from ground water seepage for the life of the home .

I’ve worked with Jamison twice in the past month and have had a great experience! Steve came out to diagnose the issue and found the problem within minutes. They are always fast and reliable to work with. I never felt pressure “to buy†and received a few options for solutions to our problem. I would recommend Jamison to anyone!
