Project Manager Steve C went out to meet with the new clients and recommend a drainage system around the crawlspace and basement . Steve also recommend a moisture vapor barrier on the basement walls to project the future finish basement from any wall leakage .. Now with the basement and crawlspace dry the homeowners will be able to add more dry useable space....

Certified Waterproofing specialist Steven Custus came out with a solution to meet the new potential buyers needs , he recommended a full Grate (closed ) Drainage system because we would also be installing a Radon mitigation as well. We also installed two new Grate Sump ( Closed Sump liners) with discharge lines 15ft to move water from the foundation of the home .. Now the new homeowners have a Healthy Basement certificate to go with their new home which is a life warranty that's transferable to the next homeowners if in when they decide to sell ..

Project manager Steve went out to meet with the homeowners and after a short period of time he knew exactly what would take care of their problem plus fit there needs . We had to remove some finish material for installation of the grate drain drainage system they we were able to channel to their existing sump pump basin . That the last thing we installed was a santa-Fe advance to control moisture and eliminate smells in Odors...

Recent waterproofing job of my basement was completed on 1/4/19. Last week (mid Feb) , after an ice storm, I noticed what looked like a few damp spots on one basement wall. I contacted Jamison and service tech Tyrell came to inspect. He inspected the floor, checked the system, explained the probable cause and applied a sealer to the entire cemented area. He took the time to show how the pump works and what it sounds like when it is running. He also moved the battery and back-up off the top of the pump to a stand. Very pleased with the time and effort Tyrell put forth.

I hired Jamison because of their reputation. I was shocked by how professional this company is. The installation crew was skilled and considerate the Foremen even verified the work before starting. It was a great experience.
