Project Manager Dave was sent out to meet with the homeowners and after a short meeting he recommended an Egress Window be installed. Dave also recommended a full perimeter drainage system ( Grate-Drain ) to insure the basement stays dry for the life of the structure.Now the homeowners will have peace of mind that their new investment will be protected.

Certified Crawlspace design specialist Steven Custus went out to do a full inspection this crawlspace. And from his findings he came up with the solution of to removed the debris and sprayed a Mold treatment to prep for the Crawlspace encapsulation.But first To direct water out of the crawl space, Jamison installed a new GrateSump pump. If water enters the crawl space, it flows beneath the CleanSpace liner, across drainage matting into the drainage system to the sump pump. The SuperSump then pumps the water out of the space through a discharge line 15ft away from the house. We also removed the rotted wood supports and installed steel piers for proper support.Than the durable 16 mil thick liner made of many layers of polyester cord reinforcement. Mechanically fastened on the walls and florof the crawl space . The CrawlSheild provides a barrier for any water that may enter the Crawlspace space. One of the greatest top benefits of CrawlSheild is the antimicrobial additive manufactured into the liner. This odorless and safe additive prevents mold growth on the inside of the liner.This crawl space is no dry useable for many years to come . Project manager Steve Custus went out to give the homeowners a free estimate. Steve recommended a full perimeter (Closed ) Drainage system called (Grate-Drain ) the GrateDrain Drainage is the most efficient and healthiest Drainage system on the market, with inspection ports at ever turn this system is extremely effective. The GrateDrain system will drain the water under the basement slap to the Grate-Sump with is a closed Sump pump Basin with a Fast Sump that can remove 2400gallons a hour . The Grate-Sump also comes with an Back up inverter for 24hour protection against pump failure .We also installed a sealed vapor barrier on the walls that will drain any wall leaks down into the GrateDrain system , the vapor will ensure the homeowners that their finish basement will be protected from future wall leaks .Now the homeowners are on their wall to adding another 800 sq ft of living space to their home . Project Manager Steven Custus came out to do a full Basement inspection and that resulted in a ( Closed) basement waterproofing drainage system that resolved all water related issues. The system included 126 ft. of a sub-floor (French drain ) rested in front of the foundation footer where water would routinely leak called ( Grate-Drain) . The GrateDrain system was placed around the full perimeter of the entire basement with clean-out ports for future inspection of the system . We also installed a moisture vapor barrier on the walls to protect the future finished basement from any wall leaks. Since the basement was large and water seepage was significant, a Grate-Sump sump was installed which can handle 2400 gallons of water per hour yes 2400 per hour ! The water will be pump away from the foundation and the basement will stay dry .At Jamison Basement Waterproofing we use the most state of the art Drainage system to ensure all our customers a Dry Basement for the life of the home ..

The solution we provided was rust casting the walls with two coats of stucco mixture cement coating to the foundation walls , with wire lathe for extra strength.. We also rerouted the Sump pump discharge line ..Now the crumbling of the stone foundation are eliminated .

We replaced the existing Sump pump Battery Back up , with a new 24hr back up inverter that will allow the homeowners primarily Sump pump to work even when there is no power . So now the homeowners have peace in mind when the power goes out during a storm.

Because of the recent rain our project manager and the property owner was able to see what corner of the Basement the water was seeping in and Was able to come up with a quick fix to get this home back on the market . So he proposal a new Grate Sump with a partial grate drain drainage system to guarantee the basement stays dry at the area that we treated and is transferable to the next homeowners ..Within two days the property homeowner and realtor was able to get the house back listed now that the basement Waterproofing issues was solved..

He recommended a Grate- Sump basin with a built in pump stand , air-tight sump lid with a floor drain and because of the high water levels he recommended a higher capacity Sump pump with a dual float switch to ensure them they won't have another issue when it comes to the Sump pump.

We provided a grate sump with drainage system along on pe wall we also cut the finish walls 4ft high and ran 4ft vapor barrier up the walls as well .

We were so impressed with Steve C. and the crew that worked on our house. They were prompt, professional, friendly, fast, left the basement in great shape, did a great job explaining everything to us and most importantly weren’t annoyed when our kids or dog when they got in the way. Steve from Jamison Basement Waterproofing came out to survey my basement after another company cancelled the job- the day of. Steve’s explanation of the ground water entry was similar to the other company, however, he was confident in how to fix my leaky basement (the foundation had been altered prior to purchasing it). I received a no-hassle quote and an install date. Royce and the other team members came out to install my new drainage system without issue. Everyone was helpful, neat and answered all of my questions. The best part? It poured with rain the very next day. My old baseent would have leaked water, my new basement is DRY! Highly recommended!
