Project manager Tim went out to do a crawlspace inspection after his finding , Tim recommended a full crawlspace encapsulation along with a drainage system and a new sump pump to prevent any ground water seepage . Now the smells has went away and the Warminster homeowners couldn’t be more happier….

Project manager Steve Custus with close to 13years in the Waterproofing industry was a sign to this project . After listening to the homeowner goals Steve knew exactly what would solve her Waterproofing issues once in for all ! Steve recommended the Grate-Drain Drainage system, the only closed Drainage system on the market to promote a healthy home . He also to in the consideration that the homeowner may be finishing the basement in the near future so he also recommended full vapor Barrier to protect against any wall leaks that could occur later down the line and project her finish material in the future. And last but not least the Grate Sump which will be the heart â¤︠Of the system, can pump out around 2,400 Gallons of water an hour , and with the back up inverter this basement will be protected 24/7 . Shorty after senior Crew Foremen Dwight C and crew installed this project we were hit with a series of downpours and the basement was dry as a bone . The homeowner finally found the peace and mind she's has been looking for ..Jamison Basement Waterproofing has been Drying Basement for well over 25years and Warminster / Hatboro / Doylestown area .. This was a challenging Basement Waterproofing project because this was a split level home where half of the waterproofing drainage system will be installed inside of a crawlspace , but even though it was challenging it was something we did a number of times . We installed a Sub-drainage system with a Sump pump in the low spot that will discharge any ground water seepage away from the home and the Basement and crawlspace floor will remain dry for the life of the home ..

Lead foreman Victory ( 10 year Vet ) install a full perimeter ( Grate-Drain ) drainage system , with an moisture vapor barrier on the walls and a Grate-Sump pump with a battery back- up for 24hr protection Incase of a power outage . Now the basement is prep and ready for finishing ...

I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased with the outcome of my basement waterproofing project. This was my first big project on my home and from start to finish I had the best people in place to make it happen. From the start my project manager, Tim Szumowski, set things up with clear information to me as to how things were going to happen, then sent the teams to actually make them happen. The men were great, good people, good workers, they were nice, respectful, courteous and clearly enjoyed doing their jobs. I would recommend Jamison Home Services for any of the services they offer. Many thanks to Tim and all the men who made my basement dry and beautiful.

We recently moved into our forever home and knew we had to completely water proof the basement. I did not hesitate to call Jamison Basement Waterproofing as I have heard great things about the company. Jamison Basement Waterproofing did not disappoint. The ease of scheduling an estimate was appreciated and the estimate was completed by Steve in such a timely manner. Our job was scheduled as a two day job because our basement is quite large. The crew came on time, they were very respectful of our time and our home. Tyrell communicated with me every step of the way and let me know how they were progressing. Tyrell was very professional and attentive to detail on our basement project. Tyrell and Royce worked seamlessly together to make our basement dreams a reality. We are very pleased with the job and we will without a doubt be recommending Jamison Basement Waterproofing to all of our friends and family. I went through 3 different contractors and quotes, and Jamison's was not only reasonable, but they were the most thorough in their evaluation and recommendations. They were able to schedule the work quickly and the job was done to spec. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I love the fact that Jamison Basement waterproofing offers a closed Drainage system and yearl inspection. Project Manager Steve was awesome and Maureen in the office was very helpful. The crew Foremen Dwight made me feel comfortable throughout the whole installation process.
