The general contractor and Jamisons project manager Steve Custus came up with a quick solution to ensure the clients that the basement stays dry . First we installed a new Grate Sump than Grate Drain at the floor wall joint to direct any ground water seepage to the grate Sump . We also applied full vapor barrier to th foundations walls to channel any wall leaks down into the grate drain system ..The crew flood tested the system before leaving to ensure the contractor everything was working fine...

We replaced the homeowners originally pump and liner that the builders installed with a new Grate Sump with a 1/2hp that even tests its self once a week . The builder Sump liner wasn't even perpetrated to capture ground water seepage like the new Grate Sump . It also comes with a clear check vale with a built in pump stand . Not to mention one year of free annual maintenance. Now the homeowners has peace in mind !
