From the initial meeting with Project Manager Tammy, to the final walk through with Alejandro, I knew we were in good hands. Ours was not an occasionally wet basement, we had a chronically wet often nightmare situation. I waited for three rainstorms to hit before posting a review. My basement is DRY! Impossibly, wonderfully dry. Every staff member whoe came to our house was courteous and capable. I am grateful.
