The homeowners gave us a call because of the smells and odors coming up stairs on warm days from the dirt crawlspace Below their living room area . They knew the humidity down stairs was a problem. So they gave us a call .

Our project Manager went out to look at the problems the homeowners were having and after he took one look at the dirt crawlspace he knew immediately that we had to totally seal the dirt crawlspace off from the home to eliminate smells and to reduce the humidity by encapsulating the whole crawlspace and adding a Santa-Fe Advance 2 to control moisture , the smells went away in now the homeowners have a little more storage room in the crawlspace.
