Project Manager Steve went out and after seeing that this was a finish basement he knew that he only got one I shot to get this basement waterproofing problem solved . So after hearing the homeowners out and was told that it was an on going problem on one wall in the basement he knew exactly how to take care of it . So he proposal full vapor barrier that will drain any wall leaks down into the Grate drain drain system which would channel the water to a knew Grate Sump .. This system provides the homeowners with a life time warranty so now they are confident enough to refinish their basement !

Steve seen this problem a few times so he knew how to approach this one . After finding the leak he recommended removing the lower portion of the wall than We installed some new drainage system also Parge up the wall where the mud was washing into the basement and we tested her existing sump pump . Problem solve and the homeowner was happy she didn't have to replace her whole entire existing drainage system .
