The Drexel Hill homeowners contacted after they started to noticed theirs wood floors in the basement starting to buckle .. After further investigation they found out they were getting water seepage from one wall in the basement. That's when they gave us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.

Project Manager Steve went out and after seeing that this was a finish basement he knew that he only got one I shot to get this basement waterproofing problem solved . So after hearing the homeowners out and was told that it was an on going problem on one wall in the basement he knew exactly how to take care of it . So he proposal full vapor barrier that will drain any wall leaks down into the Grate drain drain system which would channel the water to a knew Grate Sump .. This system provides the homeowners with a life time warranty so now they are confident enough to refinish their basement !
