Project manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the property owner , After a short meeting Steve gave the property owners multiple options to solve his issues .. The property owner choose to just fix the problem area which was the front wall of his building . So Steve provided the client with a life-time transferable warranty which was key because the building was in the process of being sold .

Project manager Steve C recommendation was first to clean out the dirt crawlspace than applied an air-tight moisture barrier over it. Terrence is very pleased with his crawl space project and all the damp smells have went away . He is more at ease knowing that his crawl space will not only stay dry but free of mold as well and Jamison will come back once a year to do a full inspection of the crawlspace.. Project Manager Steve Custus went out to do a full basement inspection. After what he saw and what the homeowners told him about the problem he was able to come up with a permanent solution to keep their basement dry all of the time. To take care of the ground water seepage problem Steve recommended a full perimeter drainage system ( GrateDrain). This drainage system will be able to channel all of the ground water to the ( GrateSumps ). Now the homeowners finally have a dry basement after all these years . He recommend extending the Sump pump discharge line 30ft to the rear of the yard , this way it’s far away from the part of the yard that the homeowners wanted to protect .
