Senior project manager Steve Custus with over 16years experience went out to meet with the builders who built the new addition .. The best solution for this problem was to install the GrateDrain drainage system, a GrateSump sump pump, and a moisture vapor barrier on the crawlspace walls Foreman Kareem B and his team performed the installations. The process began with the preparation protecting all the clients items , and dust control . The GrateSump pump pit was the first thing the crew installed than they move on to jack-hammer the floor around the perimeter of the crawlspace . They cleaned the concrete dust from the area and laid a layer of crushed stone down. The GrateDrain drainage system was pitched down hill connecting to the sump pump pit , after that fresh cement was poured and leveled around the perimeter to provide a smooth finish.
