Downspout dumping water next to foundation

Project Manager Steve C educated the homeowner on the importance the downspout in that it’s job is to redirects the water away from your foundation by taking the water that it collects within your gutters and pushing it through the vertical tube that runs alongside the home. Your downspouts are often found at the corners of your home where gutters meet. However, downspouts can be at any point that is low. Steve recommended that step 1 was getting all the rain water away from the foundation. Steve than drew up a drainage plan to move all the water from the rain gutters below ground into a 4 inch PVC pipe that would discharge the water 100 ft to the rare of the home ...

Project manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the new homeowners . Steve went over with them how a basement leaks and the first steps to a having a dry basement is to get all the water away from the foundation by extending all the roof gutters to the rare of the yard and proper grading .. Project Manager Steve and his crew took about 7 hours to complete this project but the impact that it will have on the basement will be enormous ..
