Project Manager Steve C provided the homeowner with a Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain (drainage system )and vapor barrier on the wall. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump and a high water alarm. This solution comes with a lifetime warranty only on the walls we preformed the work on .. Full Vapor Barrier/ Grate Drain / Grate Sump

We provided the investors with a partial system that would control any water entering the basement from the currently leaking areas . We installed a closed Drainage system with air-tight Grate sump and a vapor-barrier on the walls to channel any wall leaks down into the new drainage system . Now the property Owners can refinish the the basement and the tenant will have full use of her basement. Problem solved ! Crew Foremen Dwight C 9 years in counting !
