- Comment: Just got off the phone with Steve. I was impressed that he was so helpful in answering all my questions early on a Saturday morning. We had our French drain sump pump installed a few years ago and have not had a single problem since. I had specific questions about having a dehumidifier system draining into the French drain. He very clearly explained the drainage mechanism to my full satisfaction and we are now able to happily use our dehumidifier system without worry. Kudos to Jamison for the excellent customer service and even more so for their excellent work.
