• Comment: Our 'A' rating of Jamison Basement Waterproofing is not NOT because the job went smoothly, but because it didn't. Through no fault of theirs, we experienced problems with the dehumidiifier (manufacturer replaced it promptly). There were problems with our wiring, which Jamison fixed at no cost. On top of that, our carbon monoxide detector went off once, resulting in the fire department arriving in the middle of the installation!
  At every point, this contractor responded to the problems promptly and professionally. Kudos to David, Ed and the whole crew. Everyone at Jamison we dealt with was courteous, professional and well trained.
  On top of that the price was extremely competitive.
  Having a clean dry basement is wonderful. As we have some allergy problems it has made a noticeable difference to our health as well.
  Doing a good job when things move smoothly is one thing. However, if you want a basement waterproofing contractor who works well when the going gets rough, we strongly recommend Jamison.
