- Comment: The team of two guys were wonderful. Put footies on and blocked off area. Walked on hardwood floors rather than carpet to haul buckets out. Explained everything and had me check throughout the process knowing I was not a happy camper to have to spend so much. Finished on time and within estimate, with transferrable lifetime guarantee. Very pleased with outcome after flash flooding in area with lots of rain in short period of time. Basement is dry. Want to add that the guys were gentlemen. I had a delivery to my doorstep of heavy shelving units they carried it in the house rather then putting it on the side, and when I arrived home with grocery bags they help me carry them inside. Certainly they didn't need to do that but worth mentioning how they went the extra mile and made it a good experience. Kuddos to you guys!!!
