Why did the customer contact us?

The clients contacted us because they have plans on finishing their basement and wanted to get the water problem fix first to protect their investment. So they gave us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.

Solutions provided:

Project Manager Steve went out to meet with the homeowners and after listening to the homeowners concerns he knew right away that they wanted to keep the Basement dry all the time . Steve during his investigation even noticed problems in the crawlspace that would effect the health of the home and the previous company that look at the basement didn't even mention it to the homeowners so that really gave Steve the upper hand . Now the Solutions that we provided was a crawlspace complete encapsulation with a drainage system . We also installed a full perimeter drainage system around the basement with our thermal wall system that not only drain wall leaks but reflects heat back into the basement. We also installed two Grate Sump pumps with Battery Back ups for 24hr protection with discharge lines to move water away from the foundation . Now the homeowners can finish the Basement without any worries.
