Our Project Manager went out and proposal we do a window well drain to prevent the window well from ever filling up again and the drain will drain the water into a Grate Sump that will discharge the water out of the home on the far side of the basement. After a few heavy rains and the homeowners constantly inspecting the window well they knew their problem was solved . Now they can place their home on the market knowing they have a dry basement.
