The Challenges we faced was having to remove the finish material to access the basement foundation walls ..
Solutions provided:
Jamison Basement Waterproofing solved the water and dampness issues by installing a GrateDrain subfloor ( closed ) drainage system with a GrateSump System to ensure the basement would stay dry at all times...
Jamison also installed a moisture vapor barrier behind the finish walls to protect against basement wall leaks . Now the basement can be re-finished without fear of mold growth . ..
