Project manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the clients and after reaching out to the engineer and reading his report , Steve and the engineering firm came up with a solution to support the homeowners foundation and prevent any further floor sagging .
The solution we provide was pouring new footers to add support columns, sister of joist a new sump pump to take care of the ground water seepage ..
