Robert contacted us because after someone tried to break into his home through the basement window he knew he had to get more sucre windows asap !
Solutions provided:
Project manager Steve went out to meet with Robert . Robert who is confined to a wheelchair told Steve how he was upstairs when he heard somebody trying to enter his home through the basement Windows and how the window was still broke out and the wind comings through the window it blew the heater polite out so he didn't have heat right now . So Steve seen the pain in Roberts story so he made a few phone calls and by 3pm Robert had all new glass block windows and he was able to now call peco to get his heat cut back on ..Problem solve !
