Solutions provided:

Project manager Steve C went out to do a free basement inspection . Steve C provided the homeowners with a healthy Basement level 1 .

We installed the GrateDrain drainage system ( French Drain ) at the floor wall joint where ground water was seeping in the basement. We install inspection ports along the GrateDrain system so we can access it in case of a problem, but it's rare for the system to clog and the GrateDrain system has large drain openings to prevent clogs.

The GrateDrain system will drain the ground water to the GrateSump and the GrateSump will pump the water into the sewer Line , which is code in Philadelphia.

Now the homeowner has a dry basement !
