Steve learned that heavy rains left the homeowner with a very wet basement. Since then, the issue was only getting worse in worse .

Steve provided the client with a healthy basement level 1 , which consist of a partial perimeter GrateDrain drainage system and our patent GrateSump ..

Victor lead the crew by first digging out for the GrateSump hole and large perimeter trench to install the GrateDrain Then we backfilled the treated areas with clean gravel and new, hand-poured finished concrete.

Last we installed some yard drainage to prevent pooling in the back yard . Now the homeowners can finally have peace in mind that they have a dry basement..
