What challenges did we face?
The challenge we faced was having a large break out ( debris removal ) because it was a fairly large basement .
Solutions provided:
Project manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowners . Steve provided the homeowners with a level 4 healthy basement certificate , which consist of a Nationally back warranty on the GrateDrain perimeter drainage system , for wall protection ( ThermalShield ) wall vapor barrier and a GrateSump with a battery back-up inverter for 24hr protection ..
We will also service the homeowners system for free for the 1st year ...
