We install our high efficient basement dehumidifier that's doesn't require dumping any buckets plus covers over 2,000 square feet so it will take care of this basement easily. Far as the walls we applied to coats of a cement mixture waterproofing coating to the walls as a Moisture barrier plus it leaves the walls looking really nice .
