Crew leader Victor install a new solid concrete footer 20x20 to support the new 4x4 wood post that will be able to hold the load of the building . Victor also install a GrateSump pump with the GrateDrain drainage system to relieve the hydrostatic pressure off the wall as well . He also coated the walls & floor with a waterproofing coating ..
