Once inspecting the damage in the basement, Steve C found that water was coming up through the foundation and the footer of the basement as proof of why the basement was flooded. The solution we provide was a healthy basement certificate level 1 which consist of a partial GrateDrain ( closed ) drainage system a GrateSump and high water alarm .
