Solutions provided:

Project Manger Brandon G went out to inspect the basement and a design a solution for the water leakage. Brandon noticed two corners in the basement water coming in from the walls ( stone foundation) and water coming up where the floor in the wall meet . He provided the homeowner with a level 1 healthy basement certificate for protection from the water coming in from the walls and up through the floor wall joint .

Now that the homeowners have a dry basement they can refinish their basement with peace in mind that their investment is protected .
