Why did the customer contact us?

Vinny call us out because he was in the process of finishing his basement and he noticed some water seepage along two walls during recent rains and also wanted to take care of a overflow window well . Vinny pretty much did all his research online so he didn't even have to get multiple estimates he knew exactly what he wanted. This way he could finish finishing the basement with peace in mind that his new finish basement won't be ruined from ground water in the future

What challenges did we face?

The challenges we face were because the Basement was in the middle of getting finish we had to work around the finish material that was already installed. Also the floor was thick so it took a little longer to jackhammer out .

Solutions provided:

Project manager Steve C went out any met with Vinnys wife and gave her multiple options on ways they could protect their investment. She mentioned to Steve that she just replaced her Sump pump so that's was fine and just need a efficient drainage system on two walls , so that's what we installed Grate-Drain drainage system that will drain into their existing Sump pump with one window welll drain . And because they were in the middle of finishing the basement we were able to get the job installed for them asap . Now they have a lifetime warranty on ground water seepage and can finish the rest of the basement.
