Why did the customer contact us?
Michelle purchased her new home from one of our former clients.It didn't have a basement exit, which is now required by her township. Therefor, she needed to get an egress window installed so the sale of the home wouldn't be held up any longer .
What challenges did we face?
The challenge we faced was it was a tight area to dig, so we had to hand dig everything.

Our project manager Ed went out and knew exactly what it would take to get this issue resolved fast. He proposed an egress escape window and well . The township approved everything and the new homeowners and previous clients are both happy.
