Why did the customer contact us?
Mrs Opalisky called us because she is putting her house on the market in March and didn't want the Basement or Crawlspace to be an issue with the sale. After getting a few estimates she choose us because of the knowledge and solutions that our project manager Steve provided for her.
What challenges did we face?
The challenges that we faced were the structural repair work and a small crawlspace to work within.
Solutions provided:
Steve proposed a full perimeter Grate drain drainage system that offers a lifetime warranty and is transferable to the next homeowners. This was key with her putting her house on the market soon. An air-tight Grate Sump pump was installed to replace their open Sump pit hole to go along with a crawlspace encapsulation system with structural repair to turn the crawlspace into dry usable space. By doing so, Mrs Opalisky turned 2000 sq feet into Dry usable space, therefore uping the value of her home.
