Nick contacted us because he noticed water seepage and mold forming behind his bar area in the Basement , and he also heard we did work at his neighbors house and she told him we did a great job ! So he figure he have us out to look at the issues he was having .
Solutions provided:
Our project Manager came out to look at the issue and because Nick neighbor had the same problem that Nick was currently having Steve new exactly with to proposal . We install a new air-tight Grate Sump pump kit with a partial Grate drainage system to capture ground water seepage and channel it to the Grate Sump . Now Nick call refinish his basement and don't have to get nervous when it rains anymore.
