Water coming into Basement through belico door area during heavy rains . The last heavy rain the water almost reach the finish basement area so that's when the homeowners gave us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.
Solutions provided:
We installed a new Grate sump with Grate-Trench across Belico door area to capture any water trying to enter basement and redirect to the Grate sump pump . The Grate sump will pump the water into the sewer line which is code in Philadelphia.
