Project manager Steve C recommendation was first to clean out the dirt crawlspace than applied an air-tight moisture barrier over it.
Terrence is very pleased with his crawl space project and all the damp smells have went away . He is more at ease knowing that his crawl space will not only stay dry but free of mold as well and Jamison will come back once a year to do a full inspection of the crawlspace..
