2. Installation of Air-Tight Moisture Barrier: To address the root cause of the moisture problem, we applied a high-quality, air-tight moisture barrier over the entire crawl space. This durable, waterproof liner effectively seals off the area from ground moisture, keeping the space dry and preventing future water infiltration.
3. Ongoing Protection: With the moisture barrier in place, the crawl space is now protected from moisture and mold. Terrence can rest easy knowing that his home will remain dry and the unpleasant damp smells have been eliminated.
