A damp or musty crawlspace is a horrible problem to have. Not only can it have an affect on the crawlspace itself, but the air you breath in your home can also come from that space ! The Eagleville homeowners noticed heavy ground water seepage and a damp smell after heavy rains , so that’s when they decide to call Jamison basement waterproofing the areas crawlspace experts....
What challenges did we face?
The major challenge we faced was removing concrete for the drainage system in a really tight crawlspace ..
Solutions provided:
15 year Veteran Steve C determined that due to the large volumes of water in the crawlspace the best solution would be for a drainage system be installed( Grate-Drain ) in the crawlspace and a full finish shield moisture vapor barrier be installed. Now with the crawlspace completely dry the homeowners have another 500sq of dry useable space for storage..
The job was performed by lead foremen Khian C & Crew over the course two days.
