Why did the customer contact us?
James had another waterproofing company do some work on his home a few years ago and didn't feel like they resolved his issue 100% So his roofer told him he should contact us because he has been hearing a lot of good things about us. The previous company put in there drainage system but it wasn't holding up in heavyrains and you could see where water was seeping up where the old in new concrete meets .
What challenges did we face?
The challenges we faced were it was a really nice finish basement so we had to be extra clean .
Solutions provided:
After our waterproofing specialist Steve Custus went out to look at the issues he recommended replacing the other waterproofing company's drainage system with our Grate Drain patent drainage system that can handle large amounts of ground water efficiently. We also installed a new Grate Sump pump with a built in pump stand in air-tight Sump lid . Now that the ground water problem is taking care of it the homeowners have peace & mind .
