The Prichards contacted us because they have placed their home on the market and on the closing day it rained and the new homeowners noticed a small puddle of water in the basement and they new they had to get this fix ASAP before the sale of their home falls through ....
What challenges did we face?
Homeowners were selling there home and had a offer on the table but the waterproofing had to be done to make the deal happen .
Solutions provided:
The previous homeowner just wanted to address the issue where the water was seepaging in so we provided them with a Partial drainage system with anew grate Sump . We also encapsulated a nice size crawlspace ..
