Why did the customer contact us?
Carol called us after being referred to us from her electrician after we were getting down pours and her basement started Flooding during Monday's heavy rain , So our office jump into action fast and sent project manager Steve over right away . When Steve got there it was water and mud all over the floor .
What challenges did we face?
When I got there it was a lot of mud and water on the floor plus half the basement was finish .
Solutions provided:
Steve took and the fact that the homeowner wanted this problem solved asap so within a few days we had a production crew out . We installed some drainage system with full vapor Barrier and a grate sump with a battery back up for 24hr protection , we also extended the downspout 10ft from home and wash the floor down . Now the Basement is dry as a Bone ..
