What challenges did we face?

The challenges we faced were installing the drainage system around the perimeter of the crawlspace , it was a dirty crawlspace very small and damp ..

Project Manager Steve C went out to meet with the new clients and recommend a drainage system around the crawlspace and basement . Steve also recommend a moisture vapor barrier on the basement walls to project the future finish basement from any wall leakage ..

Now with the basement and crawlspace dry the homeowners will be able to add more dry useable space....
