Why did the customer contact us?
The Havertown homeowners contacted us because they wanted to add more living space to their home and what easier way to do it than by finishing the basement. First we had to bring the basement up to code with an Egress window.Next, we had to make sure the basement never takes on ground water seepage.
Solutions provided:
Project Manager Dave was sent out to meet with the homeowners and after a short meeting he recommended an Egress Window be installed. Dave also recommended a full perimeter drainage system ( Grate-Drain ) to insure the basement stays dry for the life of the structure.
Now the homeowners will have peace of mind that their new investment will be protected.
