Why did the customer contact us?
The nail salon upstairs was getting smells from the basement . And a lot of customers were complaining about the smells of mold or mildew. That's when they new they had to take care of this problem fast . So they gave us a call .
What challenges did we face?
This was a commercial building so we only could work on the job on Saturday and Sunday.
Solutions provided:
Project Manager Steve C went out and met with the property owner and the solution he provide was drainage system on all outside walls along with full vapor barrier and mold treatment to protect against wall leaks and a grate sump in the low spot .After the job was finish all the damp smells and odors went away and now they have zero customers complaints .
