The Walkers Has just purchased their new home and found signs of rotten finish material at the floor wall joint in their basement. After getting multi estimates they decided to go with us at Jamison Basement Waterproofing because our system fit them Best .
What challenges did we face?
We had to gutted the entire basement because this water problem has been going on for a while and mold was certainly growing behind the finish material so we had to get down to the root of the problem.
Solutions provided:
Project Manager Steve provided them were a full Grate drain drainage system with full vapor Barrier also comple encapsulating of dirt CrawlSpace . We even extended a downspout under ground for free of charge to get as much water away from the foundation as possible. The walkers said they choose us over Our competitors because we were the only company that wasn't pushy during the sales call . Now that the ground water issues are took in care of they can now refinish and add a new play from for their children.
