Ed went out to the home to examine the issue. He discovered that the sump pump was no longer working. Ed also noticed the sump pump was struggling to keep the basement from flooding. Along with the sump pump issue Ed also noticed ground water seepage so he recommended a healthy basement level 2 .
Now that the sump pump is upgraded and the basement is protected from ground water seepage the homeowners finally have peace in mind knowing the have a national back warranty.
