We decided to install the very effective sub-floor closed drainage system known as GrateDrain. The GrateDrain System collects the water from around and under the basement floor and channels the water to the sump pump. After the Grate Drain System is installed, the basement floor is restored. Additionally, inspection ports are placed throughout the system for easy inspection.
