The new Jenkintown homeowners contacted us after their crawlspace took on over 2 inches of water after the first heavy rain fall in their new home.
Solutions provided:
Steve recommended a full encapsulation system along with a new Grate Sump with battery back up. The Grate Sump can remove up to 2400 gph from the crawlspace. Now the homeowners have an additional 600sq feet of dry, usable storage space.
